Aaja Parvat
Aaja Parvat Mostly known as Aajoba mountain is famous for the valmiki ashram which is
halfway up from the kokan plains is a good site.

How To Go:-

• From Asangaon:-
Reach To Asangaon by Train & then go to shahapur by bus.From Shahapur reach sakurdi or Dolkhamb by bus and ahead to dehne village by bus or jeep.There are two ways to reach ashram.

1. one way goes through dense forest,you will need a local guide to go by that way.
2. another way is the way of bullock carts goes to ashram.


• From Kalyan:-
  Kalyan - Murbaad - mhasa - Dolkhamb is another way to reach dolkhamb .
  
  

Facsinating Spots:-

There is a ashram of valmiki on a halfway to the mountain.There is a samadhi of valmiki.
Beyond ashram one way goes upwards to the cave. There is "Cradle of Sitamai" in this
cave. To reach this cavewe need to climb one medium graded Rockpatch (~10 ft).In the
cave there is carved footprints of Luv & Kush.

Water Availability:-
Water Stream Provides drinking Water.some tanks & ponds are also there.

Food Availability:-
We Should make our own arrangement of food.

Shelter Availability:-
There is a small hut near ashram where 20-25 people can accomodate or else one can stay at Dehne village.
